The youth of today are faced with daunting odds against them. The level of sin thrown in their faces via TV, school, books, magazines, neighbors and even clothing stores is aimed at stealing a precious jewel that they are all given by God – their innocence. Their innocence is further translated as their hearts and minds. If satan can destroy or distract their hearts and minds, then he has a death grip on their future.
Here at Christ Our King Church, our Youth Group is not focused on competing with which Youth Group has the latest and greatest multimedia set-up, coolest kids, happening worship band or giving an “entertainment paradise” that is second to none. Instead, we believe in impacting the youth today with something real that they can build their entire life on without the fear of it crumbling beneath them when difficult times enter their lives. When, not if, difficult times come, each youth must have a solid foundation from which to draw strength, wisdom and encouragement – the source is a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Come and encounter the very presence of God!
Youth Group
Youth Group is a fun place for students in 7th – 12th grade to meet friends and deepen their relationships with God.
Drop-Off Time: 6:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Youth Group Time: 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Pick-Up Time: 9:00 p.m.
